While what Manmohan Singh has said is indeed commendable, I don't think what Khusboo said had much to do with safe sex, this however is a minor quibble, I completely agree with importance of AIDS/HIV awareness.

Albeit Khusboo spoke about safe sex, the controversy encircling her is that her views on "premarital sex".So equating Manmohan's view with the actress does not score anything.
